ABOUT ME

I'm a German based writer and trainer. I was born in Munich grown up in he suburbs of Frankfurt. Most of my twenties I spent in London and the UK. Wherever I've lived, my obsession with dance, fitness and writing has followed!

Last year I traveled abroad working as a wellness coach in countries like Egypt, Spain and the popular island Mallorca. I also teach courses and workshops for yoga, pilates and kids dance workshops.

While having worked in marketing communication for several years from local to international companies and agencies, as well as on freelance writing projects as a copywriter, I also published my first novel Smart Sexy Successful which is available for download on amazon.

I love the city and I'm also passionate about fashion - just another addiction - but I'm happiest dancing, doing a good routine and spending time in the sun and at the beach. It's the only place I stop thinking about writing.
